Delivery Terms
Our UK standard delivery charge varies from £3.95 to £5.99 Signed for delivery, Most Orders are sent on a 24 Hrs service at no extra cost (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) depending on weight and value. The correct postage option will show in your basket. Exceptions to this include heavy items such as gun cabinets and high seats where charges start at £10.99
What would happen if I miss my delivery?
In the case of failed delivery, your goods will be taken to the relevant (Local) Royal Mail Sorting Office and a card put through your letter box with contact details to arrange delivery or pick-up. Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and an email will be sent to confirm when this has been done (Unless payment is made over the phone then we will call you to make the refund). Please help us to deal with your return quickly by providing us with the requested information(Copy of Receipt Returned with item). Refunds are normally processed within 7 days but can take up to 14 days in busy periods. It is your responsibility to return the original item to us (as we do not offer free returns) and any item(s) remain your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves.
Exchanges
Exchanges are normally processed within 7 days (all exchanges subject to stock availability). We will gladly post out your exchanged item for free, but we do ask that you return the unwanted item to us at your own expense. Any items are your responsibility until they have been received by ourselves. We will always send replacement goods to your original shipping address, unless notified otherwise.
We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Seasonal Deliveries
For Christmas Deliveries within the UK, we recommend that you order by the 15th of December. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'in store' orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.
International Delivery
In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. Swillington Shooting Supplies Limited advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages maybe opened and re-sealed.
